Purchase of Scientific Equipments

The tender in sealed cover is invited from the interested firms/ companies registered in Chamber of Commerce, Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments in accordance with the SPPRA rules for approved HEC research project titled “Coloration of polyester fabric at room temperature using advanced structure color technique: A practical approach towards green environment and energy saving”, for the supply of Scientific Equipments on FOR/ C&F basis and on Single Stage-One Envelope procedure basis for the Centre. The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the under signed on the payment of non-refundable amount of Rs. 2000/= (Rupees Two Thousand only) for each tender till to 1:00 P. M on or before 19 November 2021. The tender duly accompanied with Bank call deposit or Demand Draft on account of earnest money of the tender bid regarding the abstract detailed the below on the prescribed terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The due receipt date of the tender is 19 November 2021 up to 01: 00 p.m which will be opened on the same day at 03: 00 p.m before the supplier or authorized person.
2. Earnest money @ 2% of the Tender Cost.
3. No tender will be accepted without production of 2% earnest money in shape of call deposit/ pay order.
4. The quoted price should be FOR/ C&F.
5. The offer must remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening for the successful tender.
6. After the approval of tender, the successful supplier shall be bound to supply the requisite items in the specified time; otherwise the related material will be purchased after completion of the legal proceeding at the risk and cost of the failure.
7. The conditioned tender or accompanying the cross cheque or without accompanying the Bank call deposit or Demand draft on account of the earnest money will not be entertained.
8. The supplier shall be bound to abide the rules and regulation of SPPRA along with the specified terms and conditions or directions of the related higher authorities as well as decision of the tenders opening committee.
9. The announcement letter of successful bidders with justification for acceptance or rejection will be affixed within 10 days on the Centre’s notice board. The tenders opening committee reserves the rights to accept or reject tender without assigning any reason whereof.

The interested firms/companies may obtain the Tender documents from Office of the Director NCEAC during office hours (09:00 AM – 03: 00 PM) and Tender documents can be downloaded from SPPRA website www.sppra.gov.pk as well as Centre website www.ceacsu.edu.pk

All payments will be accepted in the form of demand draft in the favor of Principal Investigator National Centre of Excellence in Analytical Chemistry, University of Sindh, Jamshoro
