Introduction:

Nowadays, the research is a great task that needs skilled manpower; particularly, in developing and transition-economy countries for the development and promotion of scientific and technical knowledge in the field of chemistry for industrial, agricultural, medical, pharmaceutical, or other useful purposes. The joint international seminars in appropriate areas surely provide a healthy environment to establish an adequate quality assurance system and preparation of quality manpower including the training of staff at leading laboratories in the relevant field, internships at  advanced laboratories abroad and sponsorship for the participation of key staff in scientific projects. Thus, it was thought that the proposed seminar would be of mutual benefit for the expertise of ‘Chemists’ belonging to two brotherly countries, i.e. Pakistan and Turkey, to boost up the quality of research in this area.

 

Aims, Objectives and Benefits:

 

The primary objective of 'Pak-Turk International Seminar on Chemical Sciences' is the promotion of international cooperation in the field of chemical sciences through the exchange of scientific and technical knowledge.

The main benefits of  Pak-Turk International Seminar on Chemical Sciences are:

To promote research in pure and applied chemical sciences and its practical applications to problems of national welfare in Pakistan and Turkey.

To disseminate scientific knowledge among the research scholars of the two countries.

To publish proceedings, journals, transactions and other publications on scientific subjects with Turkish educational institution.

To undertake  joint scientific work of national and international importance with the institutions in both countries.

To encourage our institutions to act as the leading scientific organizations of the scientists of eminence in both countries and to represent internationally the scientific community of the two nations.
