Tender No # 4 Sealed Tenders are invited from Sales and income tax Registered Companies for the following: S.No Name of Items    01 Analytical Equipments 02 Chemical 03 Laboratories Glassware 04 Security Camera System 05 Civil Work          Civil Work Estimate Cost  (Million Rs.) 2% Call Deposit in Rs. Time of Completion Construction of Compound wall around Hostel of NCEAC including Guard Room 2.0 Million 40,000.00/- 6 month   Tender Terms & Conditions: 1.       Tender document fee Rs.1000/= for each Tender. 2.        Earnest money @ 2% of the Tender cost. 3.       Last date is 25th  August 2009 at 12:00 noon and the Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders on the same day at 12:30PM. 4.       Tenders without earnest money and conditional Tender with cheque or telegraphic Tenders will not be entertained. 5.       A bidder who will withdraw or modify his Tender his earnest money shall stand forfeited in favour of the Center. 6.        Registration with Sales Tax & Income Tax. 7.       The Bidder shall be bound to abide the rules and regulation of PPRA along with the specified terms and conditions or directions of the related higher authorities as well as decision of the Tenders opening committee. 8.       The announcement letter of successful bidders with justification for acceptance or rejection will be affixed up to 10 days on the Center’s notice board. The Tenders opening committee having reserve the rights to accept of any Tender or reject of all Tenders as per  PPRA rules. 9.       That due to non receipt of the Tenders on 25th August 2009. The Tender will be recovered on 1st September 2009 and lastly on 08th September 2009 up to 12:00 noon which will be opened on the same day at 12:30PM in presence of bidders or authorized person. The interested firms/companies may obtain the Tender document from 8th August 2009 at the office during 9:30am to3:00pm.
